SearchTree takes your list of species names and finds matches with our precomputed phylogenetic trees assembled from GenBank sequence data. Trees are ranked to reflect both tree quality and the extent of the taxon overlap between query and resulting trees. Trees were computed within (but not between) ~500 major clades of eukaryotes (very approximately at the level of Linnaean "orders").
